Irene Gerrish

Irene is the web manager of this project. Pursuing a bachelor of arts degree in both Economics and Political Science, Irene is politically involved both within Hope’s campus and in Western Michigan. She holds a position on the executive board of the Klooster Center for Excellence in Writing and conducts research in public policy for the Political Science department. Irene spends her free time playing the viola (her instrument of choice) in various ensembles, frequenting pretentious coffee shops, and playing with any and all dogs.

Sarah Lundy

A sophomore studying both French and History at Hope College, Sarah is the content manager for this project. She enjoys sharing her interests in languages and the past, though she is far from fluent in French or well-versed in world history. Sarah is also a teacher’s assistant for Hope College’s French department, a writing assistant at the Klooster Center for Excellence in Writing, and a bible study leader for Hope College Campus Ministries. Outside of class and other campus responsibilities, she loves drinking coffee, playing the viola, and watching suspenseful, historical dramas on television.
